Flower Point delivers fresh flowers across Dubai with same-day delivery, and to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman with next-day or scheduled delivery. This page explains how our delivery works.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are delivered the same day anywhere in Dubai. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are delivered the next day, or on your chosen future date.
Orders outside Dubai are scheduled for next-day or future-dated delivery. Select your preferred date at checkout and our team will confirm the delivery window directly. See our dedicated pages for Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman.
We deliver to hospitals, offices, hotels and event venues. Please include the full venue name, department or ward, and recipient's phone number in your order notes so our driver can complete delivery smoothly.
Our driver will contact the recipient by phone. If unreachable, we'll coordinate with you (the sender) on the best alternative — leaving with reception or a neighbour, or rescheduling delivery.

Flowers are perishable, so we don't accept returns — but if your arrangement arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 hours of delivery with a photo and your order reference and we'll arrange a free replacement. Full details in our Refund Policy.
