1. General
Flower Point – Luxury Flowers UAE (β€œwe”, β€œus”, β€œour”) operates flowerpoint.ae. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products
We aim to present our flowers accurately, but colors, sizes, and styles may vary depending on availability. Substitutions may be made with flowers of equal or greater value.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

  • Prices are listed in AED and may include delivery fees or taxes where applicable.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing and delivery information.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver across Dubai. Deliveries to other Emirates may require a minimum purchase.

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before cut-off times.

  • Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns & Replacements
As flowers are perishable, returns are not accepted. Free replacement is offered if:

  • The wrong product was delivered, or

  • The arrangement was damaged upon arrival.

You must contact us within 3 hours of delivery with a photo and order reference.

6. Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, text, and designs, is the property of Flower Point – Luxury Flowers UAE and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays, courier issues, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer. Liability is limited to the value of the order.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
