Do you deliver same-day in Dubai? Yes. Orders placed before 2pm are delivered the same day across Dubai.

Do you deliver to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman? Yes, via next-day or scheduled delivery. See our Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman delivery pages.

Is there a minimum order for free delivery? Orders above AED 300 qualify for free delivery in Dubai.

Can I get late-night or custom-time delivery? Yes, custom delivery windows (8am-8pm) and late-night delivery (8pm-midnight) are available for a small service fee at checkout.

Products

How fresh are the flowers? Every arrangement is crafted fresh on the day of delivery using premium blooms.

Can I customize my bouquet? Yes, you can choose colors, flower types and style. For bespoke designs, contact us at least 48 hours in advance.

How long do the flowers last? Typically 7-14 days with proper care. See our flower care guide for tips.

Do you sell loose flower stems? Yes, our Flower Market collection sells individual stem bundles including roses, tulips, lilies and more.

Orders and Payment

What payment methods do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Tabby (buy now, pay later).

Can I include a personalized message? Yes, every order includes a complimentary message card.

What's your replacement policy? As flowers are perishable, we don't accept returns, but offer free replacement if the wrong product was delivered or the arrangement arrived damaged. Contact us within 3 hours of delivery with a photo and order reference. See our refund policy.

Do you handle weddings and corporate events? Yes, see our event and wedding decor collection or corporate flower subscriptions.

Do you offer recurring flower delivery? Yes, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly flower subscriptions are available for homes and offices.
