At Flower Point, we take pride in delivering your floral gifts with care, precision, and punctuality.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver only across Dubai. Deliveries to other Emirates are subject to minimum purchase. Same-day and next-day delivery options are available depending on order time.

Delivery Charges

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation along with

estimated delivery time. You will also be notified when the delivery is dispatched and completed.

Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction

is our priority and we’re here to make it right if something goes wrong.

Eligible for Free Replacement If:
  • The wrong product was delivered. 
  • The arrangement was damaged upon arrival.

In such cases, please contact us within 3 hours of delivery with a photo and order reference.

Our team will arrange a prompt replacement.
